Zonta Club of Midland Hosts District Fall Conference
The Zonta Club of Midland hosted the Zonta District 15 Fall Conference October 20-22 at the H Hotel in Midland. Over 150 Zontians and guests enjoyed three days of presentations, networking and entertainment capped off with a motivational program by Elizabeth McCormick.
In keeping with Zonta’s work in Advocacy each club attending brought donations for use by the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners program (Shelterhouse) for Midland and Gladwin Counties and the Sexual Assault Crisis Center of Saginaw. Two full carloads of supplies requested by these programs were donated.

Zonta International envisions a world in which women’s rights are recognized as human rights and every woman is able to achieve her full potential.
In such a world, women have access to all resources and are represented in decision making positions on an equal basis with men.
In such a world, no woman lives in fear of violence.
