Local Strategic Vision
As a result of the club's strategic planning process in 1999-2000, the following vision was adopted:
"We will be recognized as providing women in the Midland community with opportunities to learn and grow - professionally and personally - and in a way that encourages them to take individual action towards effective choices and to help others do the same. As an organization of professionals, we will accomplish our strategy through developing the networking and mentoring skills of our members, role modeling and mentoring with women of all ages in the community, educating ourselves and others on issues that impact women in our communities and our world, and contributing financial support to advance the status of women."
We define service as:
● Developing and using professional networking skills among our members to support individual professional and personal growth
● Reaching out to community women of all ages to help them make effective choices through mentoring and role modeling
● Creating awareness among our members and the women with whom we work in the community about issues that affect the status of women globally so that we each grow and expand our own world, as well as that of the club.
