January Program - A panel of speakers on Women's Health and Wellness

During the January 20th program meeting four experts on women's health and wellness answered a wide variety of questions from members and guests. The panelists where:

• Shawna Ruple: OBGYN, past Zontian, & Junior League experiences, Glo Spa, with her own health journey, and Wellbeing Council at My MI.
• Jessica Raymond: Nurse Practitioner and Certified Menopause Specialist, the CEO and Co-Founder of LIV1 Healt
• ​Betsy O’Malley, Owner of Balanced Physical Therapy & Balanced Pilates & Wellness Boutique
• ​Zontian Annemieka DeWilde – who is recently Lifestyle Medicine Board Certified
