Preparations for Homewalk 2026 are underway!  2026 marks the 45th anniversary of this great event here in Midland.

The Homewalk committee is currently looking for homes for the Homewalk.  If you are interested in having your home considered, please contact Lisa Benter-Rich, Homewalk Chair (989.600.6078 or email [email protected]).

We are also looking for sponsors for this year’s Homewalk.  If your business is interest in being a sponsor, please email [email protected].

Sponsorship Agreement

Funds raised by Homewalk support local scholarships and service grants.  Zonta has raised over $650,000 through the years.  The scholarships are available to area women who are re-entering the workforce, who are in the workforce but going back to school, or students entering college or obtaining vocational certification after high school.  Service grants are provided to area non-profits to support programs that provide services for women girls locally.

44th Annual Homewalk Featured Homes!

1805 W. Sugnet Road
Located on what was called the FBI corner in the 1940’s between the Irish House and the Fletcher House, The Bass House was designed for Dr. Shailer Bass, a chemist with the Dow Chemical Company, by Alden B. Dow FAIA in 1941 and completed in 1942. This amazing home is one not to miss!
